I’m your head of people to deliver goals and foster team resilience during times of transition or a gap in People leadership. As an embedded team member, I'll prioritize your work, elevate results, and nurture a high-performance culture that delivers.
What is the difference between fractional vs. interim leadership? Interim is 20-40 hours a week for a fixed period; fractional offers ongoing, senior People leadership support for 5-20 hours a week and is significantly less expenses than a full-time hire. Whether interim or fractional, I bring expertise, tools, a simile and determination to every engagement, ensuring success no matter the duration.

Coaching Heads of People
In the early stages of the leadership journey, a new Head of People faces numerous first-time challenges, including influencing and focusing on the right balance of strategy and tactics. In as few as three hours a month, I guide them toward performing as a senior leader.
I am fully accessible when the new Head of People needs to problem solve, solution set, or gut check a decision. We have regular meetings to dive deeper into topics and I’m pulled into strategy planning and initiatives with other execs as needed. The result? Your Head of People gets to the right answer, plans, and actions in less time and with more precision.

Irrespective of team size, the trifecta of a growing company – meeting operational demands, handling surprises, and fueling efficiency through creating or reimagining workflows – is an uphill battle that can lead to burnout.
I start each engagement either with an HR Inventory or work on your identified project. I’ll bridge the gaps, construct solutions, and guide implementations. My role spans strategy, execution, and advisory services throughout the consulting or advising partnership, driving concrete outcomes and nurturing People team capabilities. Think of me as your nimble HR multi-tool.
